COVID-19 SAFETY POLICIES
Clocktower Players is committed to providing healthy and safe experiences for our students, performers, audiences and staff. Every Clocktower Players staff member is fully vaccinated. All rehearsal and performance venues will provide increased cleaning and ventilation/filtration enhancements.
Our commitment to the health and safety of our students, performers, audiences and staff is paramount. We will continue to monitor our programming, and make modifications as needed, based on the current Covid-19 status of our communities and schools.
Students age 5 and up must provide proof of a Covid FDA or WHO-authorized vaccine for entry and participation.
A student Health History Form must be filled out and returned prior to the first day of class. DOWNLOAD HERE
Students who are ill should not attend rehearsal and must notify Clocktower that they will be absent.
Please notify Clocktower if your child is exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms: Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea.
All policies are subject to change. Based on CDC and New York State guidelines at the time of rehearsal and performance, protocols may include mask enforcement, filling out a daily health check questionnaire and attending specific time slots for rehearsals in smaller groups.

LIABILITY
I waive any liability against Clocktower Players Inc. (CTP) and its employees for personal injury, illness or loss of property while participating in classes/performances for CTP.
I authorize CTP and/or its representatives to use photographs and/or videos of the above student(s), taken in conjunction with CTP classes and events, in its advertising, public relations and/or promotion.
I accept and understand the terms of this agreement.
ENROLLMENT
A registration form and a health history form must be completed prior to acceptance into any class.
REGISTRATION
Registration is processed on a first come, first-served basis and will close when the maximum number of students have enrolled. A waiting list will be maintained until the first session begins for programs that have closed due to full enrollment. Waitlisted registrants will be notified by email if a spot opens up. Programs must meet a minimum number of registrants. There is no pro-rating for missed classes and there are no makeup classes.
PAYMENT
There are absolutely no refunds or credits given. Students may not participate in class without full payment. Alternate payment plans are available by prior arrangement with the registrar. Post-dated checks for any unpaid balance must be submitted before the start of the first class.
By participating in a CLOCKTOWER PLAYERS program, families accept responsibility for full payment of program fees. Performance troupes fill up very quickly. In order to ensure your 2022-23 registration is accepted, payment must be receive by the following dates:
SUMMER STAGE: June 15, 2022
FALL Troupes: September 1, 2022
SPRING Pre-Troupe & Kids Troupe: January 1, 2023
SPRING Jr Teen & Teen Troupe: February 6, 2023
SCHOLARSHIPS
A limited number of scholarships based on demonstrated financial need are available. Applications must be received one month prior to a program's first class to be considered.

PERFORMANCE VIDEO $0
MANDATORY PERFORMANCE TROUPE 'CAST CONTRACT'
To make this the best experience possible, a 'cast contract' is required to be signed by both student and parent by the second class. It should be sent back by email to renejoneal@gmail.com
Cast lists will not be posted until a signed cast contract is received from all cast members.
MANDATORY PARENT/DIRECTOR WELCOME MEETING
Dates and times will be included within your welcome packet after your registration and payment have been processed.
ABSENTEE POLICY
If unable to attend class due to illness, troupe members are required to notify CLOCKTOWER PLAYERS by calling or texting (914) 393-7321.
MORE THAN TWO UNEXCUSED ABSENCES and students risk being cut from a number or being re-cast.
LATENESS
Classes begin and end on time. Students who are more than 10 minutes late may be required to observe.
DROP-OFF/PICK-UP
Instructions will be provided within your welcome packet after your registration and payment have been processed. REHEARSALS are closed for observation except by permission of the director.
CLASS/REHEARSAL ATTIRE
Students are required to wear appropriate, easy-to-move-in clothing, jazz shoes or sneakers. SANDALS, CROCS, BOOTS, JEANS AND,BARE MIDRIFFS ARE UNACCEPTABLE.
WEATHER-RELATED CLOSINGS
Don't rely on school closing info! Check the BLOG after 12:00 p.m for information on emergency closings.
