For seven years, a certain boy wizard went to a certain Wizard School and conquered evil.  This, however, is not his story. This is the story of the Puffs... who just happened to be there too. A tale for anyone who has never been destined to save the world.

A HYBRID PRODUCTION
* Rehearsals and production will be hybrid with virtual auditions, read thru and initial rehearsals, and some in-person rehearsals.
* Any in-person rehearsals will have a limited number of participants who will be masked and socially distant throughout with temperature checks and required hand sanitizing protocols strictly enforced.
* Final performance will be filmed on location, in person without a live audience.
* Rehearsals will be scheduled for Thursdays or Fridays each week.  NOT EVERY STUDENT WILL BE CALLED FOR EVERY REHEARSAL, specific schedule will be set once the show is cast.
* If for any reason in-person meetings cannot be done safely, the production will be filmed virtually.
Puffs is a stage play written by Matt Cox as a transformative & transfigured work under the magic that is US Fair Use laws.  Puffs is not authorized, sanctioned, licensed or endorsed by J.K. Rowling, Warner Bros. or any person or company associated with the books, films, or play.

Jubilee Podcast Theater

Inspired by Old Time Radio - With A Modern Twist

Fri 3:30-4:30pm or 4:30-5:30pm

Act using only the magic of your voice!  Take this opportunity to hone your acting chops and vocal prowess. Present thrilling tales from literature, the stage or screen that air on our very own podcast station.  Auditions are modeled after repertory theater style,and will take place at the first class. You will be assigned a day, time, director and will be cast in a production selected specifically for your cast. Come play with us!

AMAZE CLUB

Audition for our Amaze Short Play contest winners. These world premiere plays will be produced virtually.
If cast, actors will work with director during mutually convenient times and are required to contribute a $100 production editing fee.

CABARET NIGHTS

Showcase your talent with our Cabaret Nights!

All interested performers must AUDITION by video submissions emailed to clocktowertroupes@gmail.com.
Audition videos must be received by Friday, February 12th. Performance will be held virtually.
Auditions must be in a video format and must have accompaniment or a backing track.  No a cappella submissions, please. Videos will be reviewed by a team of judges.  Chosen finalists will receive feedback from our panel,and coaching for resubmission.  Final submissions will be professionally edited and compiled into a fantastic night of entertainment!
Performers chosen as finalists are required to pay a $30 PRODUCTION & EDITING FEE

Take a trip back in time as you learn fun social dances from the eras that gave
us shows like Grease, Hairspray, Bandstand, and so much more!  We’ll explore
dances from different decades and learn combinations set to songs from our
favorite nostalgic shows

Looking to feel more natural and nuanced in your on-screen performances?
Join acting coach, casting director, and filmmaker Mark J. Parker for an inspiring
and insightful class on acting for the camera. Practice scene study technique
with monologues and dialogue from film & TV, and learn essential skills to
perform for the up-close and personal eye of the camera.
